RRC Account Overview
Opening an account with us is straightforward and should only take a few minutes.
Once your account has been established, you can use all of the services managed by the RRC. Using our online tools to manage expenditures from your various sources of funding, you can link single or multiple RRC Account Numbers (RRCAN) to each funding source.

As with other Web-based account systems, you will need to create a login and password. Once you have a login and password, we have several account management tools including:
- My Account — Manage your contact information, e-mail list preferences and other personalized account settings.
- Account Number Tool (ANT) — Open, modify and manage your RRC Account Number(s) so that you can be assured that the bills for services are charged to the correct funding source.
- Department Electronic Voucher Retrieval (DELIVER) — Allows you and/or your designees to view/download invoices so that you can more effectively manage your grants and contracts.

Our online account management system also allows delegating responsibility for managing account numbers and invoices to one or more individuals referred to as Proxy Managers.
